CARL’s systems are already extensively equipped in the basic configuration. However, our experience from 18,000 systems shows that our customers always have special requests. In addition to our turnkey projects for new orders, we therefore offer you a variety of accessory products, automation / digital and optimization components, small gadgets and much more in the after-sales business. CARL Spirit Control Unit SCU 100
Our elegant, new CARL Spirit Control Unit with a completely manual function and a 0.5 l volume is small, elegant, noiseless. With a viewing window on the rotating drum, it delivers exact measurement results and impresses with its appearance, quality and accuracy. A milestone in the history of the closure distilleries and a worthy successor to the old Siemens dial indicators. Ideally suited from 150 l combustion chamber & flow rates up to 100 l/h.
CARL Automatic Head, Heart & Tail Separation
Visually and technical another novelty is the compact CARL fraction separation. The different fractions are released by a servomotor and the distillate is directed to its destination. Signal transmitters are the flow rate and the pipe temperature.
CARL Pressure Cleaning System
The CARL pressure cleaning system with integrated CIP cleaning for efficient cleaning and spraying of the systems also serves as a hot water storage tank.
CARL Copper Adsorber KAT
With its largest possible, immense surface, the CARL copper adsorber catalyst offers the highest catalyst capacity – with a compact design and easy cleaning at the same time.
CARL Botanical Baskets
The CARL aromatic herb basket for gin distillation is available either as a “botanical” stainless steel basket integrated into the still (can often be retrofitted to existing systems) or as a professional, adjacent steam extraction container – optionally with botanical sieve bodies or with copper packings as copper -adsorber/CAT.
